My husband and I drove 80 miles to Prime to purchase a Honda CRV because the dealerships closer to home are too high pressure. I felt like at Prime they gave us the information that we wanted with out pressuring us to decide NOW! Richie was out salesman. He gave us all the figures up front for the 2 cars we were interested in and gave us comparisons of different financing options verses leasing packages. They gave us a fair price on our trade ( I had KBB prior to going in ). I have car shaped many times through the years and found Prime to be the most relaxed experience. I would travel the 80 miles to purchase there again. We purchased the service plan so we will be going back for maintenance.

I went to Prime Honda looking for a vehicle to lease. The salesman (Asim) took his time to ask all the required questions to ensure he understood what I was looking for. I was able to find a vehicle that fit my needs and they even accommodated me to return in 2 days with the remainder of my down payment. I would also mention that the entire staff was polite and the facility was clean and modern. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good buying experience!

In 2014 we became customers of Prime, purchasing our 4th Honda; just recently we went back for our 5th. The Prime Honda buying experience was great, very straightforward. The dealership is clean and well kept with a good selection of vehicles. Our Sales Rep Shane Staples was very knowledgeable and great to work with and the finance team was professional getting us a good rate and taking care of the documents.
